This website is static and designed to minimise the collection of personal data. The data processed are:
Browsing data: the hosting systems automatically generate log files recording standard information such as the IP address, browser type, and date/time of the visit. This data is used solely to ensure the security of the site.
Data provided voluntarily: should the user choose to click on the contact links (Email or WhatsApp) or on the LinkedIn link, the data transmitted (e.g. email address, phone number, first name, last name, or social profile) will be processed solely to respond to the request.

Performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) in order to respond to direct requests sent by the user via email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn.
Data is processed using IT and telematic tools in compliance with the security measures required by the GDPR. Data is not disclosed to third parties or disseminated, except where required by law. The site's hosting server is located within the European Union.
Browsing data (server logs) is automatically deleted after a few days, unless retention is necessary to establish computer-related offences.
Data sent through direct contact channels (email, WhatsApp) will be retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the user's request and for any subsequent legal obligations.
At any time, the user may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing, and data portability) by writing to the Data Controller's email address indicated in point 1. This website does not use any type of cookie (technical, analytical, or profiling) and does not integrate third-party tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel). All fonts are loaded locally on the server and do not make calls to external services. For this reason, no cookie consent banner is present on the site.
